Certificate in Church Ministry

What you will learn
- Explain foundational biblical teachings and interpret Scripture using responsible study methods.
- Connect prayer and spiritual formation with faithful Christian life and service.
- Apply biblical principles to teaching, evangelism, discipleship, and church leadership.
- Plan and evaluate ministry work with attention to people, resources, and context.
Your pathway
Begin with Orientation, Foundations of Faith, and Creative Bible Study; continue through Old and New Testament Survey, the remaining Biblical Studies courses, Prayer and Spiritual Formation, and Ministry and Leadership. Arrange your pace with an instructor; individual course schedules are study guides, not a promised program completion date.
Certificate completion requirements
- Complete the Orientation readiness requirements and all 22 ministry courses listed in the four study areas above.
- Meet each course's published passing grade, required assessments, written assignments, and Moodle completion requirements.
- Request a final instructor review of your course grades and completion records. The institute awards the certificate after verifying that all requirements have been met.
This is an institutional, non-degree certificate. Core-course units are not represented as collegiate semester credits. The certificate does not itself confer ordination or professional licensure. Certificate awards require staff verification; they are not issued automatically by Moodle.
